Filming

Hi mate   we know about this film, they came and spoke to us at war and peace, i think we all turned then down.  as we could not make the filming days and all they want is our kit not us.

I'm still in contact with them about it if you want to know anything.

have found out a little more ,,,was worrying about its being set at the start of the war and everyone in 3 pat late war,ish uniform ..when i mailed him this came back ....."Yes that is true, but you have to remember we are making a film that is based on the book. And with our budget we will have to take some creative freedom based on what we have available."
so what ya think ?

I think it was a good idea but unfortunately its being done by people who don't have the knowledge and don't care about getting it right, unfortunately its not going to do the book justice i think. Shame really it would make a great fil and as there has never been a Nam film from the huey crews perspective it was a good niche to exploit but hey ho!

thay have now got some 1st pat uniforms and just need reeinactores to fill them ..
